A D-list celebrity’s initial take on Copenhagen Fashion Week!
Hola, ¿qué tal? My name is Emil Thorup and I’m a D-list celebrity in Denmark, almost like a Paradise Hotel contestant, with the only difference being that I’ve actually worked hard and long to become an adequate radio & tv-host. I do a daily radioshow for young people on Denmarks Radio P5000 where all we do is talk about penises and vaginas and their possible interactions, and additionally co-hosts a weekly talkshow on TV2 with a comedian and real celebrity, Casper Christensen.
I’ve just returned from 4 days of Copenhagen Fashion Week. I had to assign my formal sittingroom as the ”Giftbag room”, which will provide future presents for friends and family. You can only own so many lipglosses. Thanks, Copenhagen Fashion Week. Actually, I’m kidding, you can never have to many lipglosses. Or poodles. Or gay references in a Swedish blog.
My latest fashion acquisitions:
Black Riding Boots in perfect leather, from Danish SAND. I’ve litterally worn them with everything this fashion week. Suits, jeans & t-shirt, sweatpant etc. They are a must-have.
A knitted tie in navy blue wool from TIGER OF SWEDEN. It’s both casual and fabulous at the same time, and takes away the business’y feel of a suit. I could wear it every day.
Black pin stripe suit from FIFTH AVENUE SHOE REPAIR’s next season. The fit is immaculate, even on my tall body. The pants have a twist on the back pockets, that I really love.
