Today we’ll start out in the nu-disco corner. Danish Eumig & Chinon remixed the hell outta LA-based DATA/DEBT.

Next up is a favorite, French Yuksek. He remixed “Demons” by Fenech Soler in a vocal mix.

Phoenix had major success with their 2009 album “Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix”. The last track on that album, “Armistice”, have been remixed by the Remix Artist Collective, RAC.

Punks Jump Up is another major nu-disco/indie-dance artist. They got their fingers in In Flagranti‘s “Worse For Wear”. Take a listen and get the funk!

We’ll be ending this Friday Banger with at BANG! The Subs had their awesome track “Mitsubitchi” remixed by Corpus de Textes.

It’s finally Friday and this means a lot of things..
But for Hejven it means only Friday Bangers to get your party started and to put on that fancy iPhone of yours.

We’ll start with a track by Australian Sia. From her newest album “We Are Born” we find “Clap Your Hands” and a dude named Prince Vince remixed it.

Danish Oh Land has already been remixed by Trentemøller, but this track, “Sun Of A Gun”, is remixed by Yuksek.

LA based LexiconDon has got himself a huge hit with “Student Boy” and this is the Bit Funk remix!

Cee-Lo has that soul/funky voice. And his track “Fuck You” seems to be a major hit around the tube right now. It’s cool thou we like Brass Knuckles remix better. It’s more suited for a Friday.

Andy Bell is a London based remixer and DJ as well a a singer just to name a few of his occupations. “Call On Me” is from his 2010 album “Non-Stop” and our good friends from Hey Champ did a nice little remix.

Hvis man ikke lige kender Chromeo kan man godt glæde sig!

De to herrer David Macklovitch og Patrick Gemayel slår deres folder i Montreal og kan snildt skrive Canadas mest succesrige electrofunk duo på deres CV. Stærkt inspireret af 80′ernes synth-pop og lækre rytmer skruer de helt op for guitarens funk-funktion. Siden 2002 har vi kunne svinge lårbassen til deres inspirerende rytmer fra tracks som “Fancy Footwork”, “Needy Girl”, “Tenderoni”, ” Bonafied Lovin’” og “Call Me Up”.

Deres nye single hedder “Night By Night” og der er ingen tvivl om at den kommer direkte fra hjertet af fede beats og svedig guitar, med en lækker tekst som kun Chromeo kan gøre det.

Jeg kan lige så godt sige det: Chromeo har lavet alt for mange fede tracks til at kunne retfærdiggøre dem her, men i får lige et lille udvalg af personlige favoritter og så naturligvis deres nyeste.
